In My Shoes, Inc - THE EDUCATION CENTER
by P. AUSTIN

I would like to share a strategy I use for school selection and invite others to share theirs. Here is my strategy: I interview principals. Yes, I do. If I am going to leave my child in a school for 180 days a year, I want to know the person steering the ship. After researching schools and narrowing the choices based on which schools can best serve my child’s education needs, the final step is to interview the principal(s). The Principal interview, when structured appropriately, is a great tool to use for eliciting data to establish any disparity between expectations, PR, hear se and reality (what is).
