HB 1358 - Truth in Class Size Act This Act, known as the "Truth in Class Size Act," changes certain provisions relating to maximum class size requirements under the "Quality Basic Education Act" for kindergarten through grade 12. For kindergarten through grade eight, the Act provides specific maximum individual class sizes for each grade. The Act further changes provisions for waiver of maximum class size under certain conditions.

The Act amends O.C.G.A. Section 20-2-182.

Effective July 1, 2006.
